The production of match chips (items 1 to 6) remained the same within the improved and
modernized plant as described in the paragraph 1. Technological process prior to the reconstruction in 1911. Equipment and machines remained the
same as before to prepare the wood to stems and to cut match-size chips to be
subsequently impregnated, polished and cleaned ready for final usage later.
The automatic machines producing the inner and outer boxes out of
cardboard (Items 7 to 10) left the same as described in the paragraph 2. Technological process of match
manufacturing – after the reconstruction in 1911.
11. This automatic plant line combined in one unit several former producing
machines. The ready match-chips and the inner and outer boxes were fed
pneumatically into the automatic line out of that emerged ready wrapped
packets containing 2.000 match-boxes for export
Thus the production process had been considerably simplified but had asked for more attention and maintenance particularly of the automatic plant parts. The number of labour decreased significantly with each of the reconstruction processes but the match factory needed more qualified and specialized members of staff since.
